Istanbul Topkapı üniversitesi

Istanbul Topkapı University, or formerly known as Istanbul Ayvansaray University, was established by the Plato Foundation with the date of acceptance of the law number 6761, published in the Official Gazette numbered 29898, dated 24 November 2013, on 16 November 2016.[3] Plato Vocational School, which was established as a Foundation Vocational School by the Council of Ministers on April 21, 2009 and started its education life with 4 departments, is now affiliated with Istanbul Topkapı University with nearly 34 programs.[3] With the decision taken in 2022, the name of Istanbul Ayvansaray University was changed to Istanbul Topkapı University.[4]
